Many clients choose to combine their visit to Scotland with a trip to our Celtic cousins in nearby Ireland. Whether visiting Northern Ireland, Eire or both the island offers a history both so alike and so different to that of Scotland. Historic highlights include the imposing fortress of Rock of Cashel and Blarney Castle, home of the enchanted Blarney Stone and scenic features unique to the Irish coast such as the Cliffs of Moher and Giants Causeway.
Some clients who have visited Scotland on many occasions with ourselves chose to extend their travels into mainland Europe on subsequent trips. We are happy to arrange tours beginning from the United Kingdom or further afield meeting elsewhere in Europe. An example of this would be a trip planned for World War One and Two enthusiasts to coincide with the Armistice Day Memorial departing from Amsterdam in the Netherlands and visiting sites of historical and commemorative interest across the countries of The Netherlands, Belgium and France. Staying in characterful Hotel and Chateau accommodations and visiting memorial cemeteries together with the Normandy landing beaches. In the past we have also conducted tours throughout Italy, France and Switzerland.
As with all our tours we are keen to meet and exceed your requirements so please get in touch if you wish to discuss any ideas.
