About Us

Highland Cow

I have been conducting tours throughout Scotland and its islands for the past 23 years.  Born in Scotland’s largest city, Glasgow and having lived throughout the Highlands and Lowlands I now reside back in the city of my birth and I design, plan and conduct tours throughout the year.  I am passionate about my country, its history and natural beauty which I am keen to share with you.

My son Keith has assisted with the company for the last 10 years, conducting web based activity throughout the year.  Having studied Geography at the University of Glasgow he developed an interest in the human and man made environments of Scotland, a knowledge which he loves to share.  He presently works as a High School Geography and Environmental Science Teacher and also conducts tours during his Spring and Summer breaks.

Our principal touring vehicle is a luxuriously equipped, air conditioned Land Rover Discovery which offers a superior elevated seating position giving the very best views during your travels.  Mobile wifi is available from the vehicle for those who wish to keep in touch with home whilst out and about.  The Discovery can comfortably seat 4 adults with copious amounts of luggage. Keith also has  Skoda Kodiaq which can seat adults with copious amounts of luggage. On one day tours the Discovery can seat 6 adults in comfort. With tours including more than 4 or 6 adults, we can hire a luxurious 9 seater vechile which can seat 8 adults in complete comfort together with their luggage.
